What to Expect

Free Consultation (15 minutes)‌

No-pressure virtual call where you can ask questions to confirm if I am right for your needs.‌ ‌ I can answer questions about therapy, supervision, or evaluations. Schedule via the client portal.‌ ‌ Virtual call uses a HIPAA-secure platform.

Initial Intake

This comprehensive first session gathers your history, goals, and current challenges. Includes clinical interview, screening tools, and collaborative treatment planning. We establish trust, clarify focus areas, and schedule ongoing sessions. Conducted virtually using a HIPAA-secure platform via client portal.

I‌ndividual Counseling Sessions

All ongoing sessions take place using a HIPAA-secure platform via client portal.‌ ‌ Sessions may be scheduled weekly or biweekly and focus on your goals.‌ ‌ We deepen self-awareness, strengthen boundaries, and track progress collaboratively.‌ ‌ Your next appointment is always scheduled before we end.

LSW’s working towards their LCSW

Clinical Supervision (1-hour)

Clinical supervision is provided to LSW’s completing hours toward the LCSW. A letter from your place of employment approving external supervision is required. Session may be individual or group (no more than 4 supervisees). During the first session, we review the New Jersey requirements to become an LCSW, complete a clinical supervision plan, and establish a structured meeting schedule. You receive a copy of my clinical supervision credentials for your records. During subsequent supervisory sessions, we review your caseload and 1-2 focus areas. You are expected to bring case notes or questions. Supervision reports are completed at regular intervals.
