My Approach

Feisty and Collaborative

I bring curiosity, respect, and warmth to therapy with Latiné/x, first‑generation women and college students, honoring the unique ways culture, family, and success shape their experiences.

I help you navigate stress, anxiety, cultural expectations, and the emotional weight of balancing family, work, academic pressures, identity, and personal goals. Navigating life transitions, high‑pressure roles, or the tension of being “the one who made it” in their family, is not easy. I provide therapy to unpack that pressure without shame.

Together, we pay close attention to what is already working in your life. We honor your resilience and cultural strengths while building on coping strategies that create more sustainable ways of managing stress and setting boundaries.

I focus on practical, culturally attuned strategies that align with your values, strengths, and long‑term goals, whether that looks like more rest, better relationships, or clearer career direction.

I especially hold space for the impact of culture, family, migration, language, and systemic barriers, and I aim to create a therapy space where you feel truly seen, respected, and empowered as a Latiné/x person moving toward a more grounded, authentic, and meaningful life.
